Anthony David Gonzalez played American football for 17 years as tight-ends in the National Football League. Gonzalez is considered to be among the greatest tight ends to ever play. In addition to being the NFL's leader for receiving yards and third in total receptions, Gonzalez was also one of the NFL tight end with the most receptions.
Tony Gonzalez is currently a FOX studio analyst. Gonzalez has appeared in FOX NFL KICKOFF (FOX's one-hour NFL pregame broadcast prior to FOX NFL the SUNRISE) that airs every Sunday morning at 11:00 am ET during the NFL season.
Gonzalez has signed a contract extension to Atlanta Falcons for two years and $14 million on the 15th of March 2013. The signing was in spite of the fact that Gonzalez was claiming he would like to retire following the football season of 2013. Randy Moss retired in 2013 in 2013, and Gonzalez aged 37 at the time completed the year that ended his professional career as the NFL most prolific receiver of yards.
